This home was built as a design build detailing the owner’s visions. Built with structural integrity this 2 story home features many custom details which portray the owners characteristics, such as: custom stepped radius soffits, sunken living room, niches & arches, radius bay windows, natural stone tile & granite counter tops.
Home Renovations
This single story residential home was designed and built to ADA compliance with owner's intention for structural integrity and quality. Working closely with owners prior to building in making sure the end result is what they expect to prevent change orders which lead to extensive costs. Concentrating on the structural integrity with owner in mind the design was built beyond the engineered structural design.
Preventative Maintenance
Old Wailuku Heights over looking north east & south facing locations owners originally wanted to renovate & sell. After an extensive addition /remodel which the owners were involved in the construction process which they designed to fit their specific & future needs they chose not to sell and now enjoys their newly renovated creation.
